1. TERMS OF PAYMENT AND PAYMENT SECURITY

All orders are to be prepaid by

Your credit card details are dealt with by SECPAY secure ePayment - a secure online service for card payment authorisation and settlement. SECPAY guarantee customer payment details will not be divulged to any third party.

• All private information you provide us i.e. name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details will be held securely by us to process your order and will not be passed on or shared with any third party.
• We will keep a record of your purchases to enable us to deal with any problems that may occur and to update you with all current offers we have.
• We keep copies of all e-mail correspondence sent to us to improve our service when dealing with customers needs.



2. ORDERS AND DELIVERY

You will receive an ‘Order Acknowledgement’ by return and we will advise you of any items that are out of stock or discontinued. If this is the case we will either offer an alternative or inform you of anticipated delivery dates of the original item. If an alternative is not acceptable and the original item is discontinued we reserve the right to cancel the contract. Then a full refund will be made to your credit card account within 30 days.

IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT ABOUT YOUR SIZE OR THE GARMENT SIZE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR CORRECT MESSUREMENTS. THIS WILL (90% of the time) HELP GET THE CORRECT SIZED GARMENT TO YOU FIRST TIME.

We will endeavour to deliver any stock item within 10 days and no later than 30 days from date of order, if there are delays with export deliveries etc. these will be advised with the ‘Acknowledgement of Order’
All items become the property of the purchaser once delivery has been made and all liability transfers to the purchaser.

note: If you require your garment quickly we can arrange this at an extra cost


3. DELIVERY COSTS
Standard delivery charges:

Low value orders up to £25 GBP (all EU countries). - £ 6 GBP
UK (Zone 1) England, Wales, Central and southern Scotland. - £ 9 GBP
UK (Zone 2) Scottish Highlands and Islands. - £16 GBP
UK (Zone 3) Northern Ireland, I.O.M, Scilly Islands. - £16 GBP

Europe – (EU countries):
Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, France, Netherlands,
Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal. - £24 GBP

Europe – (other EU and EFTA countries):
Austria, Finland, Greece, Sweden, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia,
Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. - £33 GBP


4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are happy to refund or exchange items (excluding sale items or specials)as follows:

If you are unhappy with any items you can return the goods within 14 days from receipt and we will offer the following options:

4.1] Goods with the same value as an alternative.
4.2] As part of an upgrade to higher value goods.
4.3] A refund of the value of the returned goods less 20% restocking charge.

PLEASE NOTE; ALL CARRAIGE COSTS FROM LADYBIKER TO YOU ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Also

a) Please also let us know the reason for returning the goods.
b) All goods returned must be in the same condition as new with labels attached and in their original packaging.
c) All goods must be returned via either ‘Recorded Delivery’ or a ‘Signed for’ carrier.
d) For goods exchanged for different sizes, colours or styles CARRIAGE TO YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
e] SALE or REDUCED items sold are non refundable however if returned within 14 days of purchase Ladybiker will be happy to offer an exchange to the same value.


Any deviation from this will result in refunds being witheld. When returning items, the goods remain your liability until they are in our possession. The cost of returning goods to LadyBiker is borne by you (the customer).


5. WEBSITE IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS

We at LadyBiker provide descriptions and images as accurately as possible, however, not all browsers reproduce the true colours and there may be a slight variation from time to time. We make our product descriptions as accurate as possible, but we make no guarantees that either the descriptions or the pictures are always accurate. Copies of photographs of the items listed on LadyBiker must not be made for distribution without prior permission from LadyBiker.co.uk.


6. FORCE MAJEUR

No liability will be accepted by the Ladybiker for any delays caused by governments or their agents, acts of war, acts of God, dock or labour disputes or any other factors beyond Ladybiker’s control.


7. COMPLAINTS

All complaints for either the merchandise or the service should be made to us by either e-mail or post and we will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days. We will then contact you and resolve the situation as best we can.


8. QUALITY ASSURANCE

Ladybiker operates a quality control program. A ‘pre-despatch inspection certificate’ is enclosed with every order certifying that the goods underwent a final inspection prior to despatch.


9. THE LAW

The law shall be English law.


10. TITLE

Title of the goods remains the property of Ladybiker until such time as they a are paid for in full.


11. CLAUSES

All clauses are `major clauses’ and are not reliant on any other clause.


12. TRADE NAME

LadyBiker is a wholly owned trade name of PLS Associates Ltd. All terms and conditions which refer to LadyBiker or www.ladybiker.co.uk are conditional to PLS Associates Ltd.
