I am just so chuffed with these buffs. I bought the Calm colourway, which is a beautiful mix of subtle tones. The fabric has a sort of smooth cottony-feeling inside, making the buff thin, light and not sweaty to wear drawn up over my chin under my helmet, to keep the wind and bugs out.
I had an accident on my bike and we actually used my new buff as a clean pad to put pressure on my leg to stop the bleeding. It looked beyond retrieval after that treatment, but the blood all washed out in a normal 40 degree wash. They fold down really small so in future I will make sure I always carry a spare one in case first aid is needed. Not something I would usually mention on a clothes review, but among bikers I hope this might be useful.
